In early 2024, with divine intervention we were presented the opportunity to own Eagle Self Storage and we couldn’t be more grateful or blessed. As of early September 2024, Eagle Self Storage is happily woman-owned and veteran-owned. We remain a family-operated business that truly understands the value of hard work and dedication.

Meet the Owners

Eric, a strong Indiana native, grew up in Trafalgar and joined the Marines after graduating from Indian Creek High School. His dedication to serving others runs deep, and that’s something we bring to this business every day. Eric has a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace and will talk to you about any and all things aircraft related, including model rocketry!

Tracy, originally from Chesterfield, Virginia, earned her Bachelor’s in Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Associate of Applied Radiation Sciences from Southside Regional Medical Center. She and Eric met in Virginia in 2019, and after a whirlwind few years, they made Mooresville home in 2020 to begin this exciting new chapter together. A happy Hoosier, Tracy continued her calling for Real Estate as she goes by, The PINK Realtor. Positivity, Ingenuity, Noble and Kind. Each trait reflecting our Savior, JC, and her late father along with the color pink with always makes her SMILE! Check her out for any Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate needs.

• Expanded Outdoor Storage: Our new gravel lots now feature marked spots for outdoor storage, offering more convenience for your larger items.
• Upgraded Lighting & Cameras: We’ve installed new security cameras covering key areas and upgraded the lighting for better visibility and safety.
• Online Access & Payments: You can now manage your storage unit from anywhere! We offer online tenant portal access, so you can pay your rent, check your account, and stay updated from the comfort of your own home.
• Gate & Door Repairs: We’re upgrading our gate technology and repairing damaged doors, so you’ll have smooth access and a worry-free experience.

As we continue these upgrades, our focus remains on providing safe, convenient, and affordable storage solutions for our Mooresville family. We’re excited to grow with you and be your trusted storage partner for years to come!
